Classes
Payments for roller skating classes are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your booked session, you may transfer your booking to another available class date with 24 hours notice, subject to availability.
If Storm Skater Academy needs to cancel a class, you will be offered an alternative date or an appropriate refund where applicable.
Merchandise
Class of 2026 T-shirts may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unused and returned in their original condition. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed where applicable.
Roller Girls Deposits
Deposits paid for London Roller Girl events, activities or bookings are non-refundable. Deposits secure your place and therefore cannot be returned.
